1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the engineering services provided by Frank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.

2. Services Provided

Frank provides custom software development, technical consulting, database pipeline construction, and automation services. The specific scope of work for any project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or contract.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project details and requirements and maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided. You agree not to use my services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All codebase delivery, software designs, and custom architectures engineered by Frank are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Frank retains the rights to general background tools and proprietary methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Frank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered systems or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
